Can I store items for less than 1 month?

Yes all our storage units are available on a weekly basis subject only to availability.

What if I find my chosen storage unit is too big or too small?

No problem. Our team are always available and should you find your unit is not suitable you can change to a larger or smaller unit subject to availability.

Are there any additional costs that are not included in the basic price?

No all costs are included in the standard rental charge. A range of packing materials are available at competitive prices.

How much notice do you need before I can start storing items?

We can nomally accommodate your requirements immediately. However our storage units are very popular so the more notice you can give the better so that you can be sure you can get the unit you need when you need it.

Can I store anything in my storage unit?

You can store practically anything in our storage units from beds to bicycles.

Our only restrictions are that it should not be flammable, perishable or illegal.If you have any doubt about what you wish to store our friendly team will be glad to advise you.

What is the maximum height of your storage units?

All our units are 3 metres / 9' 10" high

Should you have items taller than this please contact our customer service team who wll try to accommodate your requirements.

Can I access my storage unit at anytime?

Our storage facility is open 7 days a week. Opening hours are Mon-Sat 8.00am to 6.00pm. Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm. Should you require access outside these hours please contact us.
